I don't remember what it's called but searching for keywords like "OST", "music", or "original soundtrack" should get you most of the way there. Agreed. The DE music has a very "Encarta 96" kind of feeling to it that makes it somehow feel even older than the original game. Also, the re-recorded dialogue in the DE campaigns is disappointing.
However, AoE2 has a large number of really interesting campaigns, official and custom, which really take advantage of the unique scenarios to show off different parts of the game. On the other hand, AoE3 has a lot more diversity in the way civilizations are handled, especially with the post-original release civilizations.
