There is a mod that lets you recruit tier 5 and 6 troops and it's easy to install (you just put it in the Modules folder), it's called Recruitable and it's on Nexus Mods. It also gives you the option to change the chance it takes to recruit every tier. But you can only recruit 1 unit from every tier a day. DOLamba.
