Alexios comes off as a heartier person, big and strong but also a nice guy inside. Kassandra is similar but seems a bit more distant and introspective. Of course, their scripts are the same, so they are, obviously, going to be similar - but the way their VAs portray them as slightly different despite the same script is, I would say, substantial. That assumes we have the option of playing as a woman in that game - though to do otherwise would be a horrible misstep for the company. Kassandra is not even that massive, also i don't know what you expect from a mercenary who fights, walks, runs and climbs all day. If anything she could've been a lot fitter and stronger. Kassandra as Deimos felt more like an equal to Alexios the Misthios, while Alexios the Deimos seemed a clear inferior to Kassandra the Misthios. But again, both had their place. Alexios as Deimos may have been Kassandra's lesser, but if you play Kassandra as wanting her family back then it makes it more tragic that he is so.
do alexios and kassandra have different stories
Both make a great, but different Deimos. The story fits both well, though even with Kassandra being the "canon" pick, some of the story lands more towards Alexios (mainly the Olympics and how Spartan children were raised). I went with Alexios because I think he fits better overall, and I find his acting fit better with the tone and theme of the Spartan society never would have viewed a baby girl as a threat to their standing in the war, but a baby boy would have been a different story. When you choose to play as Kassandra, it formulates a twist that you wouldn't be as privileged to see as Alexios. The Spartans would never have expected Kassandra to be the force behind their victories
Look I love AC IV but that's a pretty good description of it. It's a great, great Pirate game. It's a great game overall. But it was also not an Assassin game because you quite literally don't play as an assassin. I still really loved it, but after 3 they really couldn't figure out what they had to do to keep this related to the o
